The Stache Speaks To Me...And He Keeps It Real

Last night, on the O'Reilly Factor, Geraldo said that in 35 years, he'd seen "a hell of a lot more combat than John Kerry." Back in April of 2003, CNN reported that Geraldo was being kicked outta Baghdad for divulging details of a future military operation. How did he do it, you ask? He drew a fucking MAP in the sand!!!
That's klassy-with-a-K, Rivera.

Denise,

You say, "...if an underserved group of listeners is big enough, someone's bound to notice, right?"

Yes someone will. KURV is not going to let shows like Limbaugh or Hannity go for fear that KVNS would pick them up and become a real competitor for the ad dollars.

If the clammor for progressive/liberal comment is loud enough and it is attractive to the owners/investors, it will happen, but it should not be made to happen.

I'm not suggesting Limbaugh or Hannity be moved or removed from their particular station and time slot. I'm just saying therer should be equal air time for other voices.

Those idiots are popular because they know radio and they know how to throw red meat to the dopes that listen.

However, I doubt Michael Savage and Glenn Beck, with their obvious disdain for Hispanics will be missed around here.

They Valley has never attempted a different type of format. So far, Austin, Houston, El Paso, San Antonio and Corpus Christi have jumped on board. I don't see why we can't as well.
